Put the bar up at something really low and just went in for a small jump off 4 mini strides.
Left foot’s still hurting a little even though it’s taped up. 6 weeks out since my right heel flared up and another 2 weeks has gone by since my left foot got hurt.
The weeks sure pass by quick and as I mentioned in my last post, it’s so easy to lose focus and give up.
I guess I just got to remind myself, that even though I can’t do too much, I do the little that I can every day to get myself just that one bit closer.
It’s good to be finally jumping over something again, even though it does not seem much.
Everyday a little bit closer, that’s all I need to be.
