On Finding Your Limits.

Dedication, by the track staff in keeping the snow off 2 lanes and by the runner outside.

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. – Bruce Lee

Back at Loughborough and training as per normal.

Temperature has dropped quite a bit, snow and ice on the roads making it a little tricky to run.

Sometimes it’s hard to come back because I immediately get reminded of my limitations. Had a hurdles and javelin session that reminded me of where I currently am at and how far I have go in that short a period of time to get to where I want to be.

Especially for javelin, because I actually have been throwing that on and off for 12 years now and I still suck at it.

It makes me wonder what I can really do within the next few months, but I guess I got to put that aside now.

No more excuses, no need for more worrying.

I’ve already made the decision that I’m going to give it my all for this one last try, so every day I do what I can and make sure I go to bed a slightly better person than the one I woke up as.

I found my limits, it’s time to go beyond them.
