The Rhythm of Life.

Stop expecting, start living.

That’s life. =)

Had an amazing weekend over at Killarney in Ireland staying at my mate Peter’s house.

I’ll let the photos speak for themself, below is the full photoslide show from my flickr account. Be sure to enlarge and follow the captions!

It’s funny when you’re in step with the this rhythm, everything’s easy and the world’s pretty damn amazing.

Maybe it’s an Asian culture thing, or I don’t know, but somehow back home everyone’s expecting themselves to be this and expecting the world to be that. And that then makes for some very stressed up and unhappy living when things don’t go their way.

I’m thankful for the opportunity to see for myself and experience first hand a different kind of thinking, a different way of life, one where you feel the warmth of the human spirit and the endless possibilities of life.

And you know what, I think I rather live like this than be in an endless chase of material wealth and meaningless achievements. I do believe that when you get your priorities right, those things will sort themselves out naturally.

Also the 3 training sessions that I managed to get in after the trip back in Loughborough have been pretty good too. Adrian just given me a little tip about catching the rhythm of the discus throw and it’s really clicking for me now.

It’s just 3 weeks ahead to my last dec of the season and anything can happen, so I’ll just keep on dancing to the rhythm of life. =)

Off to Madrid for this weekend, know I’m travelling more than I should but I guess I’ll just go with the flow and see what happens. Have a great weekend ahead!
