Just thought I’d share with you what a typical lunch for me is like. Steamed rice, veggies and chicken. Yumyum….. (ok not really, but it sure is easy to prepare and it’s all done in half an hour. Not to mention low in fats and all the other nasty stuff.)
Weighed myself yesterday at roughly 84.5kg so I’m reducing the portions a little these few days to get around 83~84kg by my next decathlon. I feel at that weight I’m more compact and explosive for the competition so we’ll see how it goes.

haha, they are awesome for cooking healthy simple and fast meals. Get when in your new house or apartment if you move out someday!
