Got an unexpected call up today to be part of the Loughborough squad for the shot event this weekend at the BUCS (British Universities & College Sport) Championships.
Why is this a big deal?
Well that is because next year BUCS 2012 championships would be held at the London Olympic stadium as the warm up event for the actual Olympics.
Moved another inch forward. =)
(on a sidenote that means changes to my travel and rest week plans, oh well.)
