Just got back from a great lecture on psychology by Prof Stuart Biddle. The topic was on attitude and how it affect people’s behaviour towards exercise. Two short video clips were shown and I’ve embedded them below, you got to click on the link to watch the first on youtube itself though.

‘It matters how you finish, are you going to finish strong?’
Must say that was a motivational boost for the training session later. Am going to run my first 8x200m of this training phase I’m in. Can’t say I’m looking forward to that but if ‘it burns, then let it burn.’
